K & J moved to Colorado together after meeting in Washington state. They set up a beautiful life in Colorado with their dog and cat. K loves plants and being creative and J enjoys rock climbing in the Rocky Mountains. When discussing where they wanted their engagement photos it was a quick decision to take them outdoors, preferably in the mountains. We landed on a mountain top near Boulder, CO.

We chose to go at sunrise so they could enjoy the view and we could have beautiful lighting. They also wanted to have their dog, Sparta, in some photos so we made sure our location allowed for dogs. K & J were almost immediately comfortable in front of the camera and taking posing suggestions.

It was a fun morning filled with love, smiles and beautiful moments caught on camera. Picture perfect engagement photos on a mountain top.
