You know your elopement day isn’t about standing still or greeting unknown faces.
You want to move, explore, and take it all in. To be somewhere beautiful. To share quiet moments and big laughter together. Maybe invite a few special people, or even your furry friends, to join you for part of it. To celebrate in a way that truly feels like you.
You feel drawn to something meaningful and unforgettable. A day that marks the beginning of your marriage.
But what felt freeing at first now has started to feel overwhelming and unknown.
You’re not eloping because it’s the “cool” thing to do, you’re doing it because it fits who you are at your core. The traditional wedding feels too big, too busy, and too focused on everything and everyone but the two of you.
You know you want an experience you’ll look back on when you’re 80. Remembering the day you chose each other and the way it felt to be fully present together.
It isn’t about rushing through vows, posing for photos, or feeling like you need to “get it done.”
You want a day where your time together isn’t limited to ten quiet minutes, but designed into every moment.
That’s why I love taking the time to truly get to know my couples — so I can design an elopement that feels deeply personal, meaningful, and like the experience of a lifetime.
So you can stop worrying about how it’s all going to work and start soaking in the fact that you’re marrying your favorite person.

"She is so sweet, bubbly and genuinely so much fun to be around."
–Hailey & Reilly
My husband and I had the best experience working with Cassie! She is so sweet, bubbly and genuinely so much fun to be around. On top of her amazing character qualities, she knows her craft inside and out. Cassie made us feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera and her talent truly speaks for itself! The photos turned out absolutely stunning and more than I imagined they would be!

On your day, you stay present. I guide when needed and document everything as it unfolds. Sneak peeks arrive within days, and your full gallery follows a few weeks later.

Once you’re ready, we lock in your date and begin building your plan.

Start by reaching out and telling me a little about you two and what you’re dreaming up. No pressure, no perfectly worded message required, just a little intro.

I help shape your timeline, scout locations, walk through logistics, and handle the details that can be taken off your plate. You don’t do this alone.
When should we book our elopement?
I recommend booking about 6–8 months out. This gives us plenty of time to plan thoughtfully, secure permits if needed, and book lodging or adventures without feeling rushed. Could we plan faster? Of course, and I do frequently! But this timeline keeps things calm and intentional.
Can we bring guests?
Absolutely — guests are welcome! Depending on the location, there may be limits on how many people can join, but we’ll talk through that together. A lot of my couples choose to include their people for part of the day (like vows, signing the license, or a celebratory toast), then head off on their own for the adventure portion. It’s a really nice balance.
Do we have to hike in our wedding attire?
Only if you want to! Some couples love hiking in their outfits, but most choose to bring their attire with them and change once we arrive. I bring a pop-up changing tent so you can comfortably get ready on-site without stress. It is most common for my couples to hike up in regular clothing, change and hike down in their wedding apparel.
Can we bring our pets?
YES! — when the location allows it. Some places are pet-friendly, others aren’t, so it really depends on where we’re going and what we’re doing. I’ll help you choose a location that works if having your pet there is important to you. Service animals are always allowed.
Do we need permits?
Sometimes, yes — it depends on the location. The good news is you don’t have to figure that out on your own. I’ll let you know if a permit is required and handle the communication with the permitting office to get everything squared away. (Permit fees themselves are not included.)
